Welcome to New View Psychology, PLLC

About Our Practice
At New View Psychology, PLLC, we are dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, and adults facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Our team of experienced clinicians is committed to helping individuals and families navigate through difficult times with compassion and expertise. We believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where our clients can explore their thoughts and feelings to make positive changes in their lives.
We provide support for individuals at every stage of life, from children and adolescents to college students, adults, and older adults, helping them navigate the unique challenges they face with care and guidance.

Children & Adolescents
Growing up can be difficult, and sometimes children need extra support navigating school, friendships, emotions, and other everyday challenges.
We work with children experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, autism-related needs, and trauma. Our goal is to provide a supportive space where children can build coping skills, confidence, and emotional resilience.

Adults
Life can be complex, and many stressors can impact our mental health at different points along the way. These challenges may include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, work or school stress, and feelings of overwhelm or burnout.
While these experiences are common, they can feel heavy and isolating without the right support. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to better understand what you’re going through, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.

Older Adults
Getting older can bring its own unique challenges, including physical and cognitive changes, shifts in independence, and increased feelings of isolation or loneliness. Life transitions such as retirement, health concerns, and loss can also impact emotional well-being during this stage of life.
We provide supportive guidance to older adults as they navigate these changes, helping them find meaning, purpose, and connection. Our goal is to create a compassionate space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to continue living a fulfilling and meaningful life.
