Dr. Tillman is committed to helping her clients change maladaptive thoughts and behaviors by providing education and specific strategies to promote independence and elevate their mental health. Her direct, practical, and problem-solving approach to treatment has earned her a loyal following of patients who appreciate her expertise, compassion, and commitment to their well-being. She remains passionate about her field and continues to stay up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques in her field to provide the best possible care to her patients.
Melissa specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, and her patients range in age from children to adults. She takes a holistic approach to her practice and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, elements of dialectical behavioral therapy, social skills training, and positive psychology.

Danyelle Salpietro, Psy.D. CASAC-T

Dr. Rust loves all types of music, movies, superheroes, sports teams, video games, and of course, Star Wars!
Dr. Rust specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Behavioral Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr. Rust often incorporates components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and principles of Behavior Analysis in his eclectic approach. He is exceptionally aware of the social, emotional and behavioral needs of a child and utilizes a “whole child” methodology.

Maria Petrolekas, Psy.D., BCBA, LBA

Her dual background in School Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis allows her to address a wide range of challenges—from learning differences and behavioral concerns to anxiety, mood disorders, and executive functioning. Rebecca Bertuccio is a Certified School Psychologist. She is experienced in providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and anger.
Dr. Bertuccio utilizes an open, empathetic, compassionate, and person-oriented approach in her work. She aims to create a safe and supportive space for her clients. Dr. Bertuccio integrates various evidence-based therapeutic methods into her practice, including approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She tailors her delivery of services to the needs of her clients.
